- This beautiful scarf is handmade using the nuno felting technique.
- Light weight and drapes beautifully on the body
- To create nuno felt, very small amounts of wool are layered on silk. Then warm water, soap and hand scrubbing begin causing the wool fibers to migrate through the weave of the silk and entangle, pulling the cloth along with them as they shrink. The result is a highly textured fabric.
